Gentle Heart Daycare

My child was in Gentle Heart Daycare.
I am very protective of my child & the owner was very empathetic. When she went on vacation she gave me a 45 day notice. In the contract it's only required to give 30 day notice. She took my child on field trips, which she enjoy tremendously. She always took very good care of my child. My child enjoyed being in the center. I only wish other providers were as caring. I highly recommend this daycare center to anyone looking for quality, loving care.

When I first interviewed the owner of this in-home daycare, it seemed that it would be the perfect solution for watching my school-age child over the summer.

Unfortunately, after the first few weeks, what was supposed to be an ideal situation turned stressful.

The owner abruptly scheduled vacation for a period during which she had promised to provide care for my child.

My child was left under the watch of an unauthorized care provider one day.

Another day, I showed up 15 minutes prior to close to pick up my child and found that no one was home. I was forced to wait until 10 minutes after the daycare's hours of operation for the owner and my child to return. I was given no notice that my child would be leaving the daycare or even a phone call to let me know she was running late.
