BODYTALK offers low impact workout programs using several types of dance, designed to give you a full body workout. The benefits of exotic dance fitness have been discovered by housewives, professionals, and even the famous. Classes offered at BODYTALK are EXOTIC MOVES, POLERIZE, AND BELLY DANCE. EXOTIC MOVES introduces different dance techniques that help tone and strengthen body muscles. POLERIZE teaches you to use your own body weight as a way to build and tone muscles. BELLY DANCE incorporates sensual dance movements that will help you increase your strength and flexibility. BODYTALK has two beautiful location in Laurel, Maryland and Atlanta, Georgia.
